Hi, I’m Omid.
I help people and businesses in London get technology working properly. And keep it that way.
It started at Apple.
I spent nearly six years at Apple, first as a service technician and Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT), then as a Global Technical Trainer, teaching other technicians how to diagnose and solve problems.
It taught me to explain complicated things simply, and to stay calm when something’s gone wrong. Exactly what businesses and households need.

When it’s working, you shouldn’t have to think about it. My job is to make that normal, and to be the calm person you call when it isn’t.
